Beloved TV and Broadway Star, Tony Danza Comes to The Ridgefield Playhouse with Standards and Stories on October 27

Combining timeless music with wit, charm, storytelling, and a dash of soft shoe and ukulele performance, Tony Danza brings his Standards and Stories show to The Ridgefield Playhouse on Saturday, October 27 at 7:30pm. Danza, accompanied by his talented four-piece band, will perform some of his favorite standards from the Great American Songbook, as well as selections from the hit Broadway musical Honeymoon in Vegas (in which he also starred), while interweaving stories about his life and personal connection to the music. The New York Times raves “Tony’s a live wire who tap-dances, plays the ukulele, tells stories and radiates irresistible charm… He exudes the kind of charisma that can’t be taught!” This show is part of the Ridgefield Magazine Broadway & Cabaret Series and partially underwritten by Nutmeg Livery Service. Visit Luna Rossa (90 Danbury Rd ~ Ridgefield) for dinner the night of the show and enjoy their pre-theater, 3-course pre-fixe menu when you show your ticket.
