Melissa Clark will swing by Barnes & Noble Eastchester Tuesday night on April 4th at 7 PM to talk about her new book, Dinner: Changing the Game. Dinner’s mission is to help anyone—whether a novice or the experienced home cook—figure out what to make any night of the week. This book is all about inventive, unfussy food, dishes with unexpected flavor that stand on their own. It also offers easy flourishes that make a simple dinner exceptional.
Melissa has been a food columnist for the Dining section of The New York Times since 2007. She reports on food trends (she introduced the world to the deep-fried Twinkie), creates recipes, and appears in cooking videos linked to her column, A Good Appetite. She’s also written dozens of cookbooks. A native of Brooklyn, she knows where to find the best bagel.
Melissa will be signing books after her talk.
