About 40 vendors will be offering gifts and other items at this boutique, held at the Cortlandt Colonial Restaurant and Ballroom. Plus, there will be activities for kids, like face painting and balloon characters. Other offerings include massage, photography, psychic readings, and tasty eats, including a breakfast buffet.
