Add the following ingredients to a large salad bowl:
- 2 bok choy, well washed, base removed, and chopped
- 1 bunch dill, chopped
- 5 scallions, chopped
- 3/4 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 1/2 cup raw almonds, whole or slivered
- 1 TBSP hemp seeds
Either add right to the salad or in a small mixing bowl combine:
- 1 TBSP rice wine vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp sesame oil
