Classic Hamptons hospitality meets the modern palate at Southampton Inn’s OSO Restaurant, where guests can enjoy a creative take on Modern American fare, served poolside, al fresco in the recently updated courtyard or inside the intimate dining room. OSO Restaurant will open for breakfast on weekends beginning Saturday, May 11, 2013, and will be open seven days a week, from7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., throughout the 2013 Hamptons summer season for breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks and supper, beginningSaturday, May 25, 2013. This summer, OSO Restaurant will welcome a world renowned pastry chef who is famous for the grand Viennese dessert buffet, and who will prepare delicious desserts as well as tea sandwiches, petit quiches and Parisian pastries.

 

OSO Restaurant at Southampton Inn offers guests a farm-to-table dining experience, which focuses on locally sourced ingredients, and freshly picked vegetables and herbs from the Inn’s thriving garden. Nominated for best breakfast spot, best brunch and best coffee shop by Dan’s PapersOSO Restaurant is sure to please.

 

Breakfast at OSO Restaurant features farm fresh ingredients, freshly squeezed juices and baked goods that are prepared on-premises. OSO Restaurant’s delicious tapas-style small plates are perfect for lunch or a late afternoon snack, offering diners a unique take on local favorites. OSO Restaurant’s signature dishes include the Caprese Salad (fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, aged balsamic drizzle and basil from our garden), Lobster Salad (succulent lobster cradled in baby greens with bell peppers and light vinaigrette), Smoked Salmon and Arugula Pinwheels (smoked salmon, arugula, cream cheese and capers), Grown-Up Grilled Cheese (choice of Provolone, Swiss, goat, Cheddar or American cheese; served with pommes frites), Steak and Cheese Baguette(sliced steak with mozzarella; served on a garlic baguette).

 

Fancy a cocktail in the courtyard? Try OSO’s Classic Daiquiri (Bacardi, St. Germaine, lime juice) or the French Martini (vodka, Chambord, pineapple juice). Pink Your Drink by adding a splash of Chambord to any libation to make Southampton Inn’s signature cocktail! In addition, OSO Restaurant received the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence in both 2011 and 2010 for its wine list, which includes 140 different types of wine and a collection of 590 bottles from France, Italy, and California.
