Family Reach is a nonprofit organization that provides immediate assistance to families who have a child with cancer. The Foundation partners up with children’s hospitals where they can identify families in need. We have touched thousands of families. The Family Reach Young Leadership Program started in Bedford NY at Fox Lane. This group of enthusiastic and charitable young adults has raised over $100,000 since they formed the Young Leadership just 3 years ago.
On October 18, 2015, the Family Reach Club at Fox Lane High School will hold a Reach for the Rainbow color run. This family friendly running race will begin at Fox Lane high school with a course that takes the runners down Succabone and Guard Hill roads. At various milestones during the race, non-toxic colors are sprayed on the runners creating the rainbows. The race ends with a block party at the high school.
