Lefkes at The Modern: A New Chapter for Fort Lee Dining

A familiar name is back on Fort Lee’s dining radar. Lefkes at The Modern has announced its reopening at 200 Park Avenue, in the space formerly known as Ventanas. If your next dinner out calls for a change of scenery, this is one to keep on your list.

The announcement set the public opening for Friday, October 9, 2026, at 6 p.m., with a media first look earlier that afternoon and a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 6 p.m. The launch marks a new chapter for the former Ventanas space.

A little Greek atmosphere in Fort Lee

According to the release, the two-story restaurant pairs Greek-inspired decor with a modern, relaxed lounge atmosphere. There is also an outdoor patio and landscaped garden. Think dinner with friends, a celebration, or a lunch that feels a little more like an occasion.

Lunch, happy hour and weekend brunch

The release lists lunch and dinner seven days a week, daily happy hour from 3:30 to 7 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday brunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
