New York City icon Ian Schrager, co-creator of legendary Studio 54, is buying a stately home in Bedford — the posh, horsey-area of Westchester.
The five-bedroom, 4½-bathroom mansion, at 213 Baldwin Road, was asking $4.9 million. Built in 1936, the estate includes a pool and detached two-car garage — all on 11.7 acres, according to the listing with Renwick Sotheby’s International Realty.
Schrager’s new neighbors include makeup artist Gucci Westman and her hubby David Neville, a co-designer at Rag & Bone. The couple bought a 20-acre estate on Baldwin Road last year.
