Blue Tulip Chocolates

On Sunday, October 20th Blue Tulip Chocolates  held its Grand Opening Celebration and ribbon cutting with over 50 people in attendance. While watching a chocolate making demonstration, customers sipped free hot cocoa, sampled artisan chocolates and entered a raffle for a wide range of exquisite hand made chocolate platters, bars and confections and the grand prize of a chocolate workshop for 5 valued at $450.

A graduate of the professional Pastry & Baking Arts Program at the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC, and Ecole Chocolat’s Master Chocolate Program training at the Barry Callebaut Chocolate Academy in Belgium, Diane Holland has led a successful chocolate business for over five years and has delighted people with her exciting and elegant artisan chocolates for over 20 years. What makes Blue Tulip Chocolates unique is that they are handmade in special small batches for each customer. Diane creates each delicacy by combining exquisite chocolate from France and Belgium with fresh Vermont cream, French or Irish butter and the finest ingredients.

At Blue Tulip Chocolates, the menu will feature hot chocolate, coffee, cake pops, mini cupcakes, desserts, boxed & bagged chocolates, custom chocolate bars & chocolate confections for any and all occasions.  The professional chocolatier team can design elegant hostess gifts and party favors or can cater desserts, private parties and weddings.  The signature events are the in-store chocolate decorating workshops, which make wonderful birthday parties for teens or a great night out for Adults.  Diane’s workshops emphasize her simple philosophy: only use the best ingredients, time tested recipes and beautiful designs.
