The idea of a 4-day work week remains controversial. Some employees believe that it will improve productivity, while others think that it’s a waste of precious time. Your employees will feel great that they have more rest days in one week. In exchange, they will work hard so they can accomplish a lot of things within the number of days they spend at work. If you don’t want your employees to take one extra day off, you can ask them to go to the office, but not to work. Each week, you can come up with different fun and relaxing activities.
