Backal Hospitality Group is bringing back Hampton Road Trip (HRT) for the summer season, the popular curated culinary experience for individuals and groups available in all five boroughs and throughout the Hamptons which originally launched in 2020 during COVID. This year, HRT will expand their Chef Collabs with renowned and Michelin rated chefs including Bryce Shuman of Betony & Eleven Madison Park now creating the best BBQ in town, along with Evan Zagha & Bar Chef Dean Brown and Kelly Ruben for customized dining experiences including lobster boils, backyard paella parties, wine dinners, tasting menus and much more – all are implemented with COVID protocol.
