On Monday, June 8th, Love Hospitality Group hosted a lunch at Amba Farms in Bedford Hills NY to highlight its Love on the Run catering division capabilities.
With over 40 people in attendance Amba Farm owner Liz Taggart explained to the media and special guests, her unique take on contemplative farming and the importance of nutrient-rich soil.
Leslie Lampert, owner Love Hospitality Group (cafe of love, ladle of love and love on the run) then focused on sharing her seasonal inspirations from Amba farms that enable her to literally take the concept of farm to table ingredients on a global adventure.

Sweet Pea Sorrel soup shots & Cauliflower with Truffle Oil soup shots
Crudites with five-herb dip & Rosemary-garlic white bean dip
Parmesan hunk

Amba Farm Greens with signature white balsamic vinaigrette
