For the past 20 years, 75 Main has remained a Southampton staple and celebrity hotspot, bringing both Italian and American cuisine to the East End. Owner Zach Erdem has revamped the restaurant and lounge with exciting additions sure to spice up the 2013 summer season.

This summer, 75 Main Delray Executive Chef Mark Militello will be bringing his award-winning cuisine to the Hamptons for the first time, adding a touch of South Florida to the East End. Known for his unique style of contemporary American cuisine, the restaurateur and chef is the recipient of the James Beard Award for the best chef in the American Southeast.Collaborating with Zach Erdem and 75 Main, Chef Mark Militello has created an innovative Contemporary American – Mediterranean Fusion menu for the Southampton eatery, featuring expertly-crafted dishes such as the Grilled Lamb Chops, served with cous cous and pistachio mint salsa; the Halibut, made with a sweet onion crust, fennel gratin and Marsala sauce; the Truffle Crumb Stuffed Breast of Natural Chicken, served with broccoli rabe and Portobello Fries, or the Roasted Salon, with a honey balsamic mustard glaze over Fregola risotto. While dining, guests can indulge in the restaurant’s specialty cocktail menu and extensive wine list, with new selections continuously being added.

Now, locals and visitors can enjoy 75 Main even earlier, with breakfast and brunch now served every day from 8:00a.m. until 4:00p.m. Diners can choose from breakfast and brunch favorites including the Eggs Bella Donna, creamy Polenta, pancetta, wilted spinach tomato sauce, poached eggs and parmesan; the Salad Nicoise, organic mixed greens, seared Ahi tuna steak, tomatoes, kalamata olives, hard boiled eggs, roasted red peppers, roasted potatoes and balsamic vinaigrette, and Chef Mark Militello’s Signature Burger, served with onion tomato jam, bacon, arugala, Gruyere, blue cheese and secret sauce. The popular Sunday brunch was recently named one of Long Island’s best brunch spots by USA Today Travel’s 10best.com. The review reads, “Located on Main Street, this bistro-like space lined with cozy banquettes and intimate cafe tables, provides a delightful atmosphere for cocktails and conversation. What’s more, the highly regarded kitchen staff concocts enviable New American dishes, and the raw bar serves up some tempting bites.”
