This summer, 75 Main’s renewed interior has a euro-chic all-white design that showcases gallery-style artwork by Raphael Mazzucco. Debuting his culinary creations in the Hamptons for the first time at 75 Main, Pastry Chef Gursel Aydin, will cook up everything from restaurant favorites to masterfully creative pastry delights. Diners will enjoy the indulgent flavors of walnut crumble and raspberry sauce over the Double Chocolate Dome Cake. The Mille Fuille is a homemade crispy filo pastry with Baumaniere cream and strawberry sorbet. Executive Pastry Chef will unveil his uniquely made pastries which will also include the traditional Mascarpone Tiramisu, Cheesecake, Chocolate Moelleux, Mille Fuille and Devil’s Fudge Cake.
