  • chickpea flour
  • water
  • vegetable broth
  • nutritional yeast
  • garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt

For your homemade barbecue sauce, you will need:

  • 1 15-ounce can Organic Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Chipotle Pepper in Adobo Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Grape Jelly
  • 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar

You can start by shredding your raw sweet potatoes in a food processor. Be sure to clean off any excess dirt before putting them in. Next, cook them in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Wait until they are brown and crispy before adding your homemade barbecue sauce.

To make this Asian delicacy, you will need the following the ingredients:

  • Brown Rice
  • Kimchi
  • White onions
  • Green Onions

  • Mushrooms

  • Red bell peppers
  • Carrots
  • Jalapenos
  • Lime wedges
  • Kimchi Grilled Tofu
  • Seaweed garnish

Start by sauteing the garlic, onions and ginger over a hot wok until the onions are translucent. Add the mushrooms, cook until they’re brown. Mix in the asparagus, red bell pepper and jalapenos and wait for the vegetables to soften. Once it does, add in the kimchi.

For this recipe, you’re going to need:

  • 16-ounce package, dry Whole Grain Spaghetti Noodles
  • 2 14.5 ounce cans Organic Fire Roasted Tomatoes
  • 5 cups Organic Vegetable Broth
  • 3 cloves. minced Garlic
  • 1 large, diced White Onion
  • 2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 cup, chopped Fresh Basil
  • 1 Tablespoons dried Oregano

Boil your with diced onions and garlic over medium-high heat until they are translucent. Add in your pasta then add two cans of tomatoes. Pour in your vegetable broth. Sprinkle in your prepared spices and stir.

Leave your pasta to boil then reduce the heat and cover. Simmer for 15 minutes, with occasional stirring. Add in the rest of your herbs and spices, and serve.
