Everyone is RAVING about celery. It’s out of stock on Fresh Direct, and Whole Food just increased its prices of this long, lean and mean power veggie!

So what’s the deal with it anyway?

Benefits:

Chocked full of fiber (when eaten whole)

Now, the great debate… Is juicing ONLY celery any better than a good old fashion green juice?

Making celery juice is actually really easy! You only need fresh celery stalks and a juicer. If you have a high-speed blender and a nut milk bag, you can make it that way too.

  1. Grab two bunches of celery and cut off the base and the top of the stalks.
  2. Wash them gently in a colander.
  3. Feed the celery through the feeding tube of your juicer.
  4. Serve the juice immediately and keep any leftovers in a tightly sealed jar in the fridge.
