S’more Margarita

What is more romantic than smores on Valentine’s Day? The open flame, chocolate, and marshmallow on a cold February night are as romantic as it gets. At La Vecina Taqueria in Newport, Rhode Island, we know that most of our guests won’t have the opportunity to sit by an open fire on Valentine’s Day, so we offer a S’more Margarita. The smokey notes of Eleven20 Mezcal takes you fireside with chocolate and marshmallows. We serve this show-stopper cocktail to guests from November through March.

S’more Margarita:

“Creating a great cocktail is like composing a symphony – it’s all about finding the right balance of flavors and ingredients to create a harmonious and satisfying drink. Whether a seasoned mixologist or a beginner, the key is to have fun, be creative, and experiment with different flavors and techniques to find your unique twist on classic recipes,” Alec and Tesa, Co-Founders of Eleven20 Tequila.
