Northern Westchester’s newest & hottest restaurant reinvents brunch.
UnWined Wine Bar & Kitchen announced that they will be serving Sunday Brunch beginning on September 30th. This three-month old new and exciting restaurant venue, is co-owned by long-time local Westchester residents, Stephanie Small of Waccabuc and Brian Moss of Somers. The pair, who also opened the adjacent Uncorked Wine & Spirits three years ago in Somers, teamed up to create an incredible atmosphere with a dining & bar experience unlike anything else in Westchester County.
“Building off the success of UnWined’s delectable and unique dinner menu, we decided to open our doors for brunch too,” said co-owner Stephanie Small. “Staying true to the small plate concept we are applying that same winning format to our brunch menu – taking the classic brunch staples, reinterpreting them and presenting them in small, made-for-sharing and sampling dishes.
UnWined will offer a modern twist on many classic brunch favorites including Chicken ‘n’ Waffles with spicy maple syrup, Eggs Benedict atop a mini crab cake, Petite Steak and Eggs, and “Un” Huevos Rancheros. The customer favorite Patatas Bravas goes breakfast style, and UnWined’s signature flatbreads will be reinvented for brunch lovers featuring “Un” Bagels & Lox, a smoked salmon flatbread with all the fixin’s of cream cheese, red onion & capers. The brunch menu will also feature two styles of Iron Skillet Hash Browns, Apple Cinnamon Wontons, and several other unique and interesting dishes for Sunday diners.
What would brunch be without cocktails? Unwined is mixing up a creative Liquid Shrimp Cocktail- our secret Bloody Mary recipe accompanied by a jumbo shrimp. Mimosas and Bellinis with a signature twist, will also be among the brunch cocktail offerings by Unwined’s master mixologist. Small plate brunch prices will range from $7 for Iron Skillet hashbrowns and $16 for the Steak & Eggs.. The brunch menu will feature a creative new menu with select items from the original dinner menu. Make time to UnWined on Sundays from 11:00 – 4:00. Reservations recommended for parties of six or more.
