I love to entertain and am always looking for fun, new activities and menu ideas for my guests and I to enjoy. I was recently introduced to Chop Culinary Entertainment, which offers at home culinary private instruction, group classes and cooking parties. To be honest, I could use a little help in the kitchen so I tracked down Chop founders and acclaimed local chefs Angela Rivera and Anthony Accomando and invited them over to give me an idea of what their services are like. They came up with a great theme, ‘girls night in’, and showed me how to make a simple dish called ‘Tuna Napolean’. A quick side note…the Wall Street Journal named Anthony’s lobster roll one of the best in the country, so I knew I was in good hands.
