Kitchen Takeover @ UnWined Winebar & Kitchen

A local rising talent, Joey Fecci of Somers is taking over the kitchen at UnWined Winebar & Kitchen this Saturday night.  Joey is a recent CIA graduate who has been honing his skills working  thru the kitchens of acclaimed chefs Charlie Palmer (Aureole) Joe Flamm ( Spiaggia Chicago) and is headed to Thomas Keller’s Per Se next.  We are a new restaurant in Somers and are happy lend our kitchen to Joey so he can showcase his talents here at home.
