Kips Bay Decorator Show House Palm Beach Is Open—and It’s Two Homes This Year

Palm Beach design season just got even more exciting: the Ninth Annual Kips Bay Decorator Show House Palm Beach is officially open to the public, and for the first time ever, designers have transformed two properties in the Northwood Shores neighborhood.

Here’s what you need to know (and why you’ll want to go).

Two properties to tour (yes, two!)

  • Intracoastal House: 3410 North Flagler Drive

  • Palm Cottage: just across the street in Northwood Shores

That means you’re getting double the inspiration—big statement moments and charming “how can I recreate this at home?” details.

Dates + tickets

The show house is open now through March 24, 2026. Tickets are available for purchase through closing day, and proceeds benefit:

  • Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club

  • Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County

Why it matters

Kips Bay Decorator Show House has a serious legacy: since it began, the Show House has raised over $33 million for youth programs supporting education and development.

The designers you’ll see this year

This year’s Palm Beach show house features 23 designers and architects, including (just a few!):
Alexander Interiors, Amy Young Designs, BAMO, Inc., Bell Design, Inc., EERDMANS, Firefinish Interiors, Justin P. Moreland Interiors, Kate Ives Design, LTA Interiors, River Brook, Tartan & Toile, The Lewis Gallo Design Group, Wecselman Design, and more.

My plan for visiting

If you go, wear comfortable shoes (you’ll want to linger), take photos of:

  • standout wallcoverings

  • lighting moments

  • “Palm Beach color” ideas you can copy with paint

  • kitchens and baths (because that’s where we all steal ideas)
