Dan’s Taste of Summer will make its annual return this weekend with Dan’s GrillHampton Friday, July 22nd. Hosted by Adam Richman, host of Travel Channel’s Secret Eats with Adam Richman and Man Finds Food, GrillHampton will feature a foodie competition like you’ve never seen before. Two teams of top restaurants – one group from NYC and the other from the Hamptons – will battle it out for both Judge’s and People’s Choice Awards. Guests will sample an extraordinary variety of dishes and vote for their favorite grilled masterpiece. Notable newcomers to the group of participating restaurants include Topping Rose House by Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Shake Shack, Speedy Romeo, Grey Lady Montauk, First and South, Black Tap | Craft Burgers and Beer, White Gold and Altamarea Group by Michael White. Dan’s GrillHampton has moved to an exciting new location this year: Fairview Farm at Mecox Bay. This amazing space overlooks the magnificent waterfront, creating a tranquil and festive backdrop for the perfect summer’s eve. The fun doesn’t stop when Dan’s GrillHampton ends. Dan’s Taste of Two Forks will take place the very next night, on Saturday, July 23rd and is also located at the magical Fairview Farm at Mecox Bay. Celebrating six years as the East End’s leading summer food soirée, Dan’s Taste of Two Forks is the premiere food and wine event in the Hamptons. Dan’s Taste of Two Forks prides itself on being one-of-a-kind, as it’s the only event that showcases the best restaurants exclusively from the North and South Forks. The evening will be hosted by a celebrity chef powerhouse duo: Iron Chef Alex Guarnaschelli, Judge on Food Network’s Chopped, Chef/Owner of Butter restaurant, cookbook author of “Old-School Comfort Food” and host of live comedy show Busting My Chops, will co-host this year’s event alongside Katie Lee, co-host of Food Network’s The Kitchen, host of Cooking Channel’s Beach Bites with Katie Lee, regular on Food Network’s Best.
