After more than three years, Feeding Westchester’s popular tasting event, An Evening in Good Taste, is back and better than ever.
Westchester’s top chefs and drink purveyors will come together in support of our community and neighbors in need. Guests are invited to enjoy a night of exquisite cuisine, fine wine, craft beers, and specialty cocktails, while networking with fellow Feeding Westchester supporters. An Evening in Good Taste is not to be missed! All event proceeds remain in our community, helping to bring healthy, nutritious food to Westchester’s neighbors struggling with hunger.
This year’s benefit, honoring Ed Steinberg and Alison Awerbuch for their vision and longtime commitment to the event, will be held on April 20 at The Westchester, 125 Westchester Avenue in White Plains, in their stunning event space, Savor.

“All of us at Feeding Westchester are so excited to have a room filled with our community’s top restauranteurs and our supporters,” says Karen C. Erren, Feeding Westchester’s President & CEO. “It’s been a long three years for us all, for both our neighbors in need and Westchester County restaurants. An Evening in Good Taste is the perfect opportunity to recognize resilience and perseverance while raising funds for the fight against hunger in our beloved county.”
“I am incredibly excited The Westchester is hosting the event this year,” says Kate Schlientz, of IntoxiKate, Westchester’s popular media professional and foodie. “Savor not only makes it easier for restaurants to participate, but the beauty of the space is the perfect pairing with the incredible lineup of restaurants this year. It is an honor to team up with Feeding Westchester, chefs, and restaurant staff who are generously donating their time and delicious food to help feed Westchester!”
“The Westchester looks forward to hosting this important initiative, and we are beyond proud to help support a cause that is so vital in helping our local community thrive,” said Maria “Masha” Gregorius, Director of Marketing at The Westchester.
