The best NYC improv returns to The Palace Theatre for more spontaneous hilarity. Imagine walking out onto a blank stage. There is no script, no set, no preconceived ideas. Suddenly the stage lights flash and the show starts. Some call this the Actor’s nightmare, others call it Improvisational Theatre. This is Chicago City Limits.
The six-time sell-out and fan-favorite is headed back to Stamford with a performance on Friday, February at 8:00pm as part of The Palace’s Laughtrax comedy series.
Chicago City Limit’s show is a creation of the collective lunatic unconscious of both actors and audience. They’ve done their part; they haven’t prepared a thing. It’s now time for you to do your part. Just sit back, relax and get ready to call out whatever is on your mind…a word…a phrase…an idea. Audience, start your engines!
The Palace Theatre is located at 61 Atlantic Street in Stamford. Tickets are $19 and may be purchased on palacestamford.org or by calling the box office at 203-325-4466.
