CSF’S “AT HOME” COOKING CLASS WITH CHEF DALE TALDE OF GOOSEFEATHER

The Chappaqua School Foundation introduces “At Home” with Chef Dale Talde – a one-of-a-kind virtual experience that you can enjoy from your couch or kitchen.
This event features nationally recognized Chef Dale Talde of Goosefeather in Tarrytown. His restaurant was recently selected by ESQUIRE as one of the “Best New Restaurants in America”.
Chef Dale will host a live, interactive culinary experience featuring one hour of authentic Asian cooking accompanied by a signature cocktail.
On the menu: A ginger liqueur and vodka cocktail called “The Bruce Banner” and Dale’s authentic shrimp and vegetable stir fry with Jasmine rice.  (Serves two adults).
WHEN: Monday, February 7, 2022
TIME: Live from 6pm – 7pm
A ZOOM link will be provided by email to all participants on the morning of February 7th.

 * Optional purchase: Recipe Ingredient Grocery Bag provided by DeCicco and Sons in Millwood.  Bags must be ordered by Sunday, January 30th. Does not include vodka.

 

* Pick up date for Ingredient Bag is Sunday, February 6th.  We will notify you of the pick up time.
