Cowboy Club Is Bringing Nashville Energy to West Palm—And It Opens This Month

Smoked meats, sides, and everything you came for—this is not a “just get a salad” situation.

Cowboy Club opens March 26 in West Palm Beach with BBQ, cocktails, and live music on Clematis Street.

Where are we? ?

Apparently… Nashville. But make it West Palm.

Cowboy Club is opening March 26 on Clematis Street, bringing full Honky Tonk energy to West Palm Beach. Inspired by Nashville’s iconic music scene—with a South Florida twist—this new spot blends cowboy culture with nightlife in a way that feels equal parts restaurant and party. Think cowhide, denim, gator accents, and a space designed for lingering (and probably staying longer than planned).

The menu is led by Miami’s Slab Daddy BBQ, so expectations are high—and deserved.

You’ll find all the smoked favorites like 18-hour brisket, pulled pork, and mojo half chicken, along with unexpected additions like coconut shrimp, hearth-fired pizzas, and a standout caviar and cornbread dish topped with crème fraîche and honey.

Translation: come hungry.

The drinks hold their own here, too. Expect 14 beers on tap, a full spirits list, and craft cocktails like the “Smoke Show,” made with coconut fat-washed bourbon and finished with actual smoke.

And then there’s the music.

With Diplo behind the programming, Cowboy Club is leaning hard into live music, DJs, and a nightlife vibe that goes way beyond dinner.

They’re kicking things off during Palm Beach Boat Show weekend with a cowboy-themed bash—so yes, boots and denim are strongly encouraged.

West Palm, this is about to be your new “where are we?” spot.
