The Crowne Plaza Hotel White Plains Easter prix fixe menu provides guests with various options making it hard to choose a favorite item. Guests can choose between eggs benedict, almond crusted french toast, crispy applewood smoked bacon or banger style breakfast sausage. There will also be a locally smoked salmon display with traditional accompaniments, as well as an antipasto display. The complete salad bar will include baby artisan lettuce, vine ripened grape tomatoes, cucumbers, julienne tri-colored peppers, sliced mushrooms, carrots, golden curtains and house made balsamic vinaigrette.
Meat lovers have various choices for a delicious entrée including carved roast leg of lamb roulade with black garlic, artichokes, and leeks crusted with fresh pommery mustard and fresh herbs. Chicken lovers will enjoy a stuffed breast of chicken with spinach, feta cheese and preserved lemon with tomato and kalmata olive ragout. For seafood enthusiasts, The Crowne Plaza Hotel is preparing a succulent pan roasted red snapper seasoned with a coconut-lemon grass bureau blanc. Diners can choose a scrumptious side to add to their meal, which include Italian sausage and broccolini ravioli with asparagus cream, garlic whipped potato or cauliflower gratin.
