BBQ, Baseball & a 50-Foot Water Slide: “Party with the Police” Returns to Westchester This Weekend
If you’re looking for a feel-good way to kick off summer while making a real difference, clear your calendar for Saturday, June 28th. The Nick Loeb Foundation is hosting its 4th Annual “Party with the Police” BBQ & Pool Party at a private residence in Purchase, NY—and it’s shaping up to be the hottest (and coolest) event of the season.
Think: sizzling barbecue from celebrity chef David Burke, major league baseball stars tossing the ball around, live music, giveaways from 914 Pop-Ups’ Melissa Tomlin, a 50-foot water slide, and yes—a mechanical bull. All for a great cause.
This isn’t just a party. It’s a heartwarming community celebration with a powerful mission: raising money for college scholarships for the children of local law enforcement officers from White Plains, Harrison, and Greenwich, CT.
Why It Matters
“These officers put their lives on the line every day—and yet many of their families struggle to afford higher education,” says Nick Loeb, the foundation’s founder. “This event is our way of showing appreciation while creating real opportunities for their children.”
And it’s working. Now in its fourth year, Party with the Police has become a beloved annual tradition. “It brings together cops and the communities they serve and helps foster positive relationships between the two,” says Brian Johnson, President of the White Plains PBA.
