Workshop speakers include Congressman Sean Patrick Maloney, Crabtree’s Kittlehouse Chef Jay Lippin, Chef Quint Smith of FarmtoTable.US, Steve Mancini of Restaurant North, and from Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture, Food and Water Watch, the Culinary Institute of America, local farmers, hunger-relief organizations, gardening experts, bee and chicken farmers, local food advocates, health and wellness gurus, and more!

The Interactive Expo involves hands-on displays and featuring an indoor famer’s market, cooking demonstrations by top area chefs, a pop-up book store, gardening and composting demonstrations, and lively interaction around food, health, mindful eating, sustainable food systems, food justice, advocacy, food waste and more.
