Hidden Slime Ice Cream Parlor Opening in Southampton This Weekend

Colorful slime ice cream sundae creations inside the hidden ColorPop Slime Shop in Southampton

There’s a new hidden pop-up coming to the Hamptons this summer, and honestly, kids are going to lose their minds over it.

ColorPop Workshop is opening a secret new experience called the ColorPop Slime Shop this Memorial Day weekend — and it’s basically a slime ice cream parlor hidden behind an unmarked entrance in Southampton.

Yes, really.

A Secret Slime Sundae Shop

Tucked behind the studio’s Southampton location, the new pop-up is designed to look and feel like a real old-school ice cream shop… except every “treat” is actually slime.

Kids can create custom slime sundaes with rotating weekly “flavors” inspired by vanilla, strawberry, mint chip, and seasonal specials. Then comes the fun part: toppings.

Think:

  • faux sprinkles
  • gummy worms
  • glitter
  • charms
  • whipped clay rosettes
  • syrup drizzles
  • cherries
  • and tons of over-the-top mix-ins

Every creation is non-edible, totally customizable, and made to take home.

And because the menu changes weekly, no two visits are exactly the same.

My StacyKnows Take

This is exactly the kind of Hamptons summer experience kids will obsess over.

The hidden entrance makes it feel like a secret club, and honestly? Adults are probably going to want photos in there too.

I also love that this feels creative instead of just another candy stop. It’s interactive, messy, colorful, and very Instagram/TikTok-ready.

If you’re heading out East this summer with kids or grandkids, this feels like one of those “you heard about it from a friend first” places.
