Summer in the Hamptons is always something special—but this year, it’s sizzling with even more excitement! From chic new eateries to luxe hotel openings, I’m seriously looking forward to checking out all the new hotspots popping up across the East End. If you’re planning your perfect summer itinerary (like I am), here are the latest and greatest places to put on your radar:
🌟 Hot New Openings I Can’t Wait to Visit
Gigi’s Montauk at Gurney’s
Opening June 16, this new American steakhouse with a seafood focus is replacing Scarpetta at Gurney’s. Chef Jason Lee is at the helm, and the views are as mouthwatering as the menu promises to be. I’m already dreaming about a sunset dinner here.

Sea Salt at Solé East
Chef Melissa O’Donnell is bringing Mediterranean vibes to Montauk with her new concept, Sea Salt. Fresh, coastal cuisine in a gorgeous garden setting? Count me in!
Offshore Montauk
This boutique 43-room oceanfront hotel is all about wellness and serenity. With beach views, spa experiences, and cozy suites, I’m definitely planning a relaxing weekend escape here.
Crazy Pizza – East Hampton
This fun, energetic spot (think pizza dough acrobatics and DJ beats) is already a scene in SoHo—and now it’s coming to East Hampton. I love a good slice and some great energy, so this one’s high on my list.
Wayan & Ma•dé at EHP Resort & Marina
One of my NYC favorites is bringing its delicious Indonesian-French fusion cuisine out East! With a waterfront backdrop at EHP Resort, this will be the spot for a stylish night out.
Mary Lou’s in Montauk
A retro-inspired cocktail lounge with moody lighting and serious glam? Yes, please. I’m already planning my outfit.
Farm and Forage in East Hampton
Tucked behind BookHampton, this gourmet shop is a dream for anyone who loves to entertain (or snack in style). I can’t wait to curate a cheeseboard with their handpicked offerings.
Doubles in Sag Harbor
This casual Caribbean spot has been a hit in Amagansett, and now it’s making waves in Sag Harbor. I’m looking forward to trying their laid-back menu full of bold flavors.
🍽️ Returning Favorites I’m Thrilled to See Back
Cluckman’s in Sag Harbor
It’s back! Their chicken sandwiches are crave-worthy, and I’m excited to swing by for an easy, satisfying bite.
Montauk Yacht Club
Reopened with new dining options and a chef’s table experience—yes, I’m totally planning to book that seat. This place is all about indulgence and gorgeous waterfront dining.
The Clam Bar – Amagansett
A true Hamptons classic, celebrating 44 years! Nothing beats a lobster roll and a view of the dunes. I’ll be there, guaranteed.
There’s just something magical about the Hamptons in the summer—and with so many exciting new places to explore, I’m counting down the days. I’ll be sharing more updates and reviews all season long, so stay tuned to StacyKnows.com. Let’s make this summer one to remember!
