A Hidden Slime Ice Cream Parlor Just Opened in Southampton — and Kids Are Going to Be Obsessed
There’s a new “ice cream shop” in Southampton this summer, but don’t try to eat anything.
Tucked behind an unmarked back entrance at ColorPop Workshop on Jobs Lane is the brand-new ColorPop Slime Shop, an interactive slime ice cream parlor that feels straight out of a kid’s dream Pinterest board.
And honestly? This is exactly the kind of whimsical Hamptons summer activity families are going to be talking about.
A Secret Slime Shop Hidden Behind ColorPop Workshop
Part of the fun starts before you even walk in. There’s no giant sign out front. Families enter through a separate hidden entrance behind the Southampton studio, making the whole experience feel like discovering a secret pop-up.
Inside, the space has been transformed into a mini slime creamery complete with bright colors, topping stations, sundae containers, waffle cones, and rotating weekly “flavors.”
Kids walk up to the counter just like they would at a real ice cream shop, except every scoop is slime.
The Slime Sundaes Are Adorable
The slime menu changes weekly with “flavors” inspired by strawberry, vanilla, mint chip, seasonal swirls, and colorful candy-inspired combinations.
Then comes the best part: toppings.
Guests can customize their slime creations with faux gummy bears, jelly beans, sprinkles, gummy worms, chocolate chips, glitter, charms, cherries, whipped clay rosettes, syrup drizzles, and more.
Each slime sundae is layered to order and served in sundae cups or waffle cones. Everything is non-edible and made to take home.
No two creations are exactly alike, which means kids will probably want to go back more than once this summer.
