Tahini Mother Sauce
Tahini Lemon Dressing Fig Infused Citrus Dressing
1 C Tahini
½ Fig infused Balsamic Vin
½ C water
1 Whole Squeezed lemon juice
1 t. Lemon Zest
1 T. Garlic Salt
1 T. Black sesame seeds
1 t. crushed black pepper
Mediterranean Dressing with Harissa Tahini
½ C Harissa Tahini
¼ water pprox… more or less to thicken or make thinner dressing
2 T. Garlic
1 t. Smoked Paprika
1 t. Coriander
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 whole lemon juice squeezed
Directions
- Tahini Lemon Dressing Fig Infused Citrus Dressing: Mix all liquid in bowl including Tahini with whisk. Add more Tahini or more water depending on the thickness or thinness of your dressing desired. Continue mixing in dry ingredients. Everything is to taste so add more ingredients as needed.
- Mediterranean Dressing with Harissa Tahini: Mix Tahini and Water to desired consistency. Whisk in all dry ingredients including lemon juice. Once again, all ingredients are to taste. Please make it how you like it.

Sweet Tahini Dip
Ingredients
½ C. Tahini
3 T. Honey
1 t. Olive Oil
(Optional: Add Maple Syrup instead of Honey for the French Toast version!)
2 T. Water to thin Tahini
2 Pinches of Cinnamon
1 T. Lemon Juice
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together, refrigerate, and let sit for a couple hours so flavors blend.
- Adjust the thickness of Tahini with water if needed.
