All of the ice and snow I endured this past winter only served to remind me of the crushed ice I was desperately missing in warm-weather beverages like this Strawberry Rosé Punch.
I made a vow a few years ago to celebrate strawberries by trying at least two new recipes each spring. So far, I’ve decided on this No-Bake Strawberry Pie and this unique Strawberry Tart with Chocolate Ganache and Miso Shortbread Crust. I’ll use almond or coconut milk in place of the heavy cream.
It’s no wonder that of all the berries in the world, strawberries are the most popular. We certainly were strawberry lovers in my family growing up. My mom would make strawberry shortcake and chocolate-dipped strawberries, but none of us ever thought of turning strawberries into Roasted Strawberry Spinach Salad, Strawberry Salsa, Strawberry Balsamic Dressing or Strawberry Melon Gazpacho.
I hope this spring you’ll celebrate strawberries by trying something fun or new to you. Here are some ideas:

- Be sure to put plenty of sliced strawberries over hot or cold cereal.
- Add strawberries to smoothies or spoon over ice cream, frozen yogurt or your favorite non-dairy frozen dessert.
