We normally go to Broadway in the evening, but this time we’re doing something different—and I think it’s going to be even more fun.
Join me for a special 1 p.m. matinee of INTER ALIA on Thursday, December 3, starring Rosamund Pike, who you all saw in Gone Girl.
A matinee means we can see an incredible Broadway performance and still have the rest of the day to enjoy New York City at its brightest. By the time the curtain comes down, the city will be glowing with Christmas lights, decorated storefronts and all the magic of the holiday season.
See the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree, stroll past the holiday windows, meet friends for a cocktail or stay for an early dinner. Make an entire festive day of it!
And because Broadway—and New York City—are always more fun with friends, I’ve secured a limited block of 20 tickets at the beautiful Music Box Theatre.
About INTER ALIA
Following an acclaimed, sold-out run at London’s National Theatre and a smash-hit West End transfer, INTER ALIA comes to Broadway with Rosamund Pike reprising her Olivier Award-winning performance.
Pike plays Jessica Parks, a sharp, compassionate and determined London Crown Court judge trying to change a legal system she knows isn’t always just.
But her career exists inter alia—“among other things”—as she balances motherhood, friendship, family and the elusive notion of having it all. When an unthinkable event rocks her carefully tuned life, can she hold her family together—or will everything fall apart?
The play comes from the writer and director of the global theatrical phenomenon Prima Facie, so you already know this is going to be powerful, smart and thought-provoking.

- 12 raised rear-theatre seats: $199 each
The Music Box Theatre is wonderfully intimate, and the raised rear seats still offer an excellent view.
Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and payment is required to reserve your seat. Once these 20 tickets are gone, they’re gone!
Come by yourself, bring a friend or gather a few of your favorite people. We’ll see a fabulous show and then step outside into the sparkle of New York City during the most wonderful time of the year.
