An honest answer from someone who gets sent a lot and takes almost none of it

Here is the least influencer-y answer possible: I do not have a shelf full of supplements I take every morning. I am sent so much, I try things, I read labels, and most of it does not become part of my life.
Sometimes I take fiber. Mostly I try to eat healthy-ish. That is the routine.
What I actually take: sometimes fiber
Fiber is the one supplement that occasionally makes it into my day. Not because it is glamorous, but because real life is real life and some days the vegetables lose.
The fiber product currently on my ShopMy shelf: Midi Health Daily Fiber+ – currently listed at $54.99.
What I stopped: almost everything else
“Stopped” may be too dramatic. Most supplements I am sent never graduate from trial to routine. If I do not notice a clear reason to keep taking something, or if the habit feels fussy, it disappears from the counter. I am not interested in swallowing twelve things just to feel like I am doing wellness correctly.
Why food wins for me
I would rather aim for an ordinary plate that looks roughly balanced than chase a perfect stack: vegetables when I can, protein, fruit, water, and yes, room for dinner out. Healthy-ish is not a clinical protocol. It is simply the way I actually live.
The evidence-first part
Supplements are not a shortcut around food, sleep or regular medical care. They can also interact with prescriptions, and quality varies by product. A personal routine is not a recommendation for anyone else. If you are considering a supplement for a deficiency, symptom or health condition, ask a qualified clinician who knows your history and can tell you whether it makes sense.
My honest bottom line
I am sent a lot. I take almost nothing. Fiber sometimes. Food most of the time. Healthy-ish always.
