The Taste of New Canaan Stroll

New Canaan

The annual Taste of New Canaan Stroll, raising money for the local Food Pantry returns on Thursday, August 22nd between 5-8pm. Produced by Rock Paper Scissors Custom Events the event consists of a choice of three self-guided walking tours and is a fun way to explore New Canaan. Choose from The Taste Tour (signature bites from some of New Canaan’s finest eateries) Family Fiesta (a shorter walking tour for little legs) and *Wine Trail (visit restaurants and stores and enjoy a summery pour). Many combine two tours for a full-on foodie experience.

In 2023 over $5,600 was raised for the New Canaan Food Pantry and 250 ‘strollers’ enjoyed the evening. This year it is sponsored by Walter Stewart’s Market, a family owned and operated market, offering the very best products and service since 1907. Collect your wristband and map from 5pm at Stewart’s Spirits. There is a 2.5-hour window for you to complete the tour. Check in is no later than 7:30pm as it finishes at 8pm sharp.
