One of only a handful of licensed and Minority and Woman Business Enterprise (MWBE) certified cannabis dispensaries in New York State, the Purple Owl Dispensary aims to educate and destigmatize cannabis use, particularly among individuals who are seeking alternatives to alcohol. As the first minority and woman owned cannabis dispensary in Westchester, the company plans include the opening of a new brick-and-mortar retail dispensary conveniently located in White Plains.
