Listen I have tried to lose wight my way and it doesn’t work. My decision making when it comers to my weight loss journey is just not effective as it could be.
Included in the kit, is the Jenny Craig 5-Day Starter Kit Menu. This trusty hand out was my bible. It listed every meal and snack. I followed it to the letter. No counting, tracking or worrying what to eat. It was so easy!!!
The morning snack, which I really looked forward to after working out, included 6 oz of Non-fat Greek Yogurt with a serving of fruit. I had mine everyday with either raspberries or blueberries.
I was never hungry.
Lunch always included 2 Cups of Garden Salad with 2 tablespoons of low fat dressing. This is a habit I plan on keeping forever.
