In the next installment of his new series at The Ridgefield Playhouse, Emmy Award-winner Dick Cavett will interview Academy Award-winner Christopher Walken live on stage, Sunday, June 2nd at 4pm, part of Hearst Media Entertaining Conversation Series. Christopher Walken has performed in over 100 films and television shows including such films as Annie Hall, The Deer Hunter, True Romance, Pulp Fiction, Hairspray, andCatch Me if You Can, to name a few. He has received a number of awards and nominations including two Tony Award nominations and the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for The Deer Hunter. He has attained a sort of cult status for his ‘More Cow Bell’ performance on “Saturday Night Live.” A portion of the proceeds will go toward The Leir Foundation Arts for Everyone outreach program at The Ridgefield Playhouse.
