You don’t have to be a “Single Lady” to try the Beyoncé Diet

(Elle)
Stop what you’re eating. Literally put your fork down right now. Forever. Or at least until you can be fed by BEYONCÉ. Ladies and gentlemen, the Beyoncé diet has arrived in the form of 22 Days Nutrition, a vegan food delivery service launched by the singer herself, Time reports. And, like Bey, it’s basically magic: it requires no work other than reheating the plant-based dishes that arrive at your house weekly. Easy. Flawless. (Am I Beyoncé yet?)

B partnered with her trainer Marcos Borges to create the line of organic meals that are non-GMO, gluten-, soy-, and dairy-free. Dish examples include a Sesame-Cabbage Lentil Bowl, Ratatouille Pasta with Pesto, and an Almond Blueberry Breakfast loaf.

The idea, according to the press release, came after Bey herself did the 22 Days Nutrition challenge in winter 2013. The challenge is rooted in the idea it takes 21 days to break or make habits, and during that period, Beyoncé ate just plant-based foods. She still does now and thinks the rest of us should too, hence the service.

“I am so grateful that I took the challenge and credit Marco with leading by example,” Beyoncé said in the release. “He is the most energetic person I know and it’s all because of his decision to live a healthy lifestyle. He came up with a great program to get people motivated to make better nutritional choices.  All you have to do is try. If I can do it, anyone can. I am excited to partner with him.”
