Preheat oven to 350

Mash together:
3 ripe bananas
1/3 Cup apple sauce
2 Cups oats (any kind)
1/2 Cup raisins
1 teaspoon almond extract (or vanilla)
1/4 Cup almond milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 Cup chopped nuts (optional – I like almonds or walnuts)

Mix all well and bake in 9″ ungreased pan for 20 minutes.
Cut into squares
(Squares freeze beautifully)
