Friends Central Perk Pop Up in Soho

The celebration of the 20th anniversary of the debut of Friends continued tonight with a special preview event at the pop-up replica of Central Perk in New York City. You will find images (and captions) from inside the event – including James Michael Tyler (aka Gunther), The Rembrandts, cast members of Gotham and The Real Housewives of New York City .

Warner Bros. Television Group, Warner Bros. Consumer Products and Eight O’Clock Coffee join together to celebrate the 20thanniversary of the Friends series premiere with a variety of unique experiences for fans and coffee lovers alike. Located at 199 Lafayette Street (at the corner of Broome Street) in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood, Central Perk will open its doors to the public on Wednesday, September 17 and will remain open through Saturday, October 18. The shop’s business hours are Mondays–Fridays, 8:00 am–8:00 pm, and Saturdays–Sundays, 10:00 am–8:00 pm.  Free cups of Eight O’ Clock Coffee — including their limited-edition Central Perk Roast, specially created for the occasion — will be offered to guests to mark 20 years since the debut of the Emmy®-winning comedy.
