CILANTRO SHRIMP OVER TRI-COLORED “VOODLES”

What I really want for Christmas is a Vegetti so I can make voodles!!!!!!
Vegetti-Zucchini-Noodles-and-Shrimp--
CILANTRO SHRIMP OVER TRI-COLORED “VOODLES”
 
INGREDIENTS:
Cilantro, 1 bunch finely chopped
Limes, 3 each fresh juiced
Shrimp, 1 lb. cooked, peeled and deveined
Garlic, 1 clove finely chopped
Sea salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Olive oil, 1/4 cup
METHOD:
In a large bowl combine all ingredients and toss to combine. 
VOODLES:
INGREDIENTS:
1 zucchini, veggetti-ized (thin side)
1 yellow squash, veggetti-ized (thin side)
1 sweet potato, veggetti-ized (thin side)
METHOD:
Wash, dry and process veggies through Veggetti to produce “Voodles”.  Add to shrimp mixture and combine thoroughly.  Place bowl tightly covered in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.  Serves 4.
