What’s With Those Hot Hands?
Posted By Stacy on
Meet Amy Kaufman. She is a certified Reiki Master. Reiki is used to relieve stress and anxiety while creating a calm peaceful feeling within oneself.Reiki has been around for over 100 years and is now being recognized as a method of alternative healing throughout the world. As an ancient and thoroughly realized process Reiki can never do harm, only good. A non-physical energy transfer between practitioner and client takes place while the client is relaxing on a massage table. A soothing and peaceful session lasts a bit under an hour. In that time the client may or may not choose to speak but more often than not will open up, feeling free and unblocked, for the first time in months or even years. In our fast paced, high technology world we rarely take time for ourselves and unfortunately are unaware of the damage that stress, both mental and physical causes on our body, mind and soul. Reiki brings balance back into our lives. As a healing technique it keeps us focused and positive, and stress free in this constantly changing world we live in. For more information on the type of Reiki I practice, please refer to my website which is www.reikiwestchester.com. Her favorite Reiki sessions was with Stacy Geisinger who afterwards proclaimed, “what’s with the hot hands?” Find out for yourself!!!
