W@tercooler! Lose the commute, gain a day. Lose the solitude, get the feedback.

Posted by Stacy

W@tercooler is not just an awesome new shared workspace for freelancers to work by the hour, day or month with other cool independents (pitch over) – - it is also a hip destination that hosts weekly topical workshops with local experts, social events like this week’s sold out Mixologist + Artisanal Chef (http://www.eventbrite.com/event/2496727780)  and other atypical stuff, like…well…Mah Jong lessons!

We are also about community – in a big way. Building it, sustaining it, and supporting it. Since we can’t yet “give back” (only 6 month old), we just give. Every Monday W@tercooler reserves one desk for anyone who is unemployed to come and work “on the house”. Not just free wifi, printing, faxing and coffee, but that essential stuff that money can’t buy – community, connections, and the human support that we ALL need when looking for that next gig.

So stop by to work (laptop and ideas required – we’ve got the rest covered) or to attend one of our educational or social events. Want to use W@tercoole as your soapbox? Email us at info@watercoolerhub.com or call 914-332-1400 and we’ll make it happen!
