About FEED
FEED Projects began in 2007 with the creation of the FEED 1 bag and the simple mission of creating good products to help FEED the world. Every product sold has a measurable donation attached to it, and thus far FEED has donated over $6 million to help support the United Nations’ World Food Program and UNICEF. Support has also been given to DonorsChoose.org, dedicated to promoting healthier school meals and improving nutrition education to kids in America. FEED products are made with either environmentally friendly or artisan-made materials and are available online and at retail locations around the world. In four years, FEED is proud to have partnered with companies such as Disney, Amazon.com, Whole Foods Market, Gap, HSN, Pottery Barn, Bergdorf Goodman, Rugby Ralph Lauren, among others.
The FEED Foundation, the non-profit arm of FEED, is dedicated to raising awareness and funds to ensure nutritious school meals for all children as a first step to improving the global food system. In partnership with FEED Projects, LLC, the FEED Foundation has provided over 50 million school meals to children in the developing world through the United Nations World Food Progam school feeding operations. The FEED Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit public charity and contributions to the FEED Foundation are tax-deductible.
