The Hottest New Addition to East End Dining

This 2011 Hamptons season, Michael Gluckman, the restaurateur behind The Boathouse, brings you, beachhouse—the newest edition to East End dining.  Seafood chic to the classic American steakhouse, beachhouse delivers the perfect destination for a memorable dining experience; whether guests prefer cocktails and al fresco dining on the outdoor patio or a romantic dinner by candlelit in the intimate ocean room. The restaurant promises to be the next Hamptons hotspot for VIPs and vacationers alike with fans including Alec BaldwinKimora Lee Simmons and Sonja Tremont-Morgan!

Formerly of New York City’s Uncle Jack’s Steakhouse, Executive Chef Dennis J. Farrell has crafted delicious exclusive dishes including: Lobster Glazed Seared Local Sea Scallops over truffle sweet cream corn; Beet & Goat Cheese Terrine with roasted beets, frisseé, crostinis and truffle balsamic vinaigrette; and a 28oz USDA Prime 21 Day Aged Cowboy Ribeye Steak

Ensuring the best quality for its guests, the restaurant’s seafood is harvested directly from the nearby waters of the Atlantic Ocean, Peconic Bay and Long Island Sound, offering an extensive selection of lobster, scallops, crabs, oysters, clams, tuna and striped bass.  Guests can toast to the Summer season with a decadent selection of cocktails, including beachhouse’s signature Beachbum Margarita, made with Don Julio tequila or patron, fresh squeezed key limes, agave nectar and a splash of fresh orange and cranberry juice!

Open seven days a week for brunch, lunch, and dinner, beachouse is available to cater any soirée—either in-house, at the office or at your desired venue — and is the brainchild of Michael Gluckman, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America who earned an Associate’s Degree of Science in Culinary Arts, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts Management.
